1. Eligibility

Adults over the age of 18 are eligible for this giveaway.  Any employees or board members of Act Out Productions and Country Blossom Farm, LLC as well as any subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, employees or board members immediate family members are ineligible participate in the giveaway.  Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsorship

This giveaway is presented by Act Out Productions (19968 East Whitetail Trail; Osakis, MN 56360) in partnership with Country Blossom Farm, LLC (1951 Englund Rd SW; Alexandria, MN 56308).
 

3. Agreement to Rules

By entering our giveaway, participants agree to abide by the Sponsor’s Official Rules and decisions. We retain the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at our sole discretion. Participant agrees to accept the decision of the Sponsors as final and binding.

4. Entry Period

Entries must be submitted between September 30, 2023 12:00am CST and October 10, 2023 at 11:59pm CST.

5. How to Enter

Entrants must like and follow both Act Out Productions and Country Blossom Farm, LLC on Facebook or Instagram and submit entry form on Act Out Productions' website at www.actoutproductions.org/country-blossom-farms-contest.  One entry is allowed per person.

 

Any participant that purchases (or has purchased) tickets to The Rocky Horror Picture Show: An Interactive Experience will received one additional entry for the giveaway.  Only one additional entry will be allowed, it is not equal to the number of tickets purchased.  Purchasing a ticket does not automatically enter you into the promotion, you have to fill out the entry form which can be found here:

Any entries that appear to be fraudulent will be disqualified.

6. Prizes

One winner will receive two wristbands to Country Blossom Farm, LLC that can be used for one day of their MEA Fun Days which takes place October 19th-22nd.  

​

This prize is non-transferable.  Prize cannot be substituted or replaced for cash.  Prize has a value of $30.

​

Acceptance of the prize grants the Sponsors permission to use the Winners entry, name, and likeness for advertising, promotion, and trade without further compensation or remuneration unless prohibited by law.

​

7. Odds

Odds of winning is dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

​

8. Selection and Notification of the Winner

Winner will be selected by random drawing under the supervision of Act Out Productions' board of directors.  Winner will be notified by email no later than 11:59pm CST on October 11th.

​

The winner has until October 18th at 7:00pm CST to claim the prize.  If not claimed by that time, the prize will be forfeited.  No alternate winner will be chosen.

​

The Sponsors aren't liable for the winner’s failure to receive notification of winning if they provided a wrong email address or incorrect phone number or if their email security settings caused your prize notification to go into the spam or junk folder.

​

9. Rights Granted by the Entrant

The Sponsor, retains the right to use the participant’s submission, voice, likeness, image, statements about the contest, etc., for publicity, news, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, and so forth, without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration.

10. Terms & Conditions

The Sponsors reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond your control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the giveaway.

The Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify anyone who violates the terms. Sponsor has the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases where a participant has caused deliberate damage or undermined the legal operation of the promotion.

11. Limitation of Liability

Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors and their subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, etc., against all claims liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.

12. Disputes

All entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and they waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

14. Winners List

Participants can request the name of the winner by emailing katiejo@actoutproductions.org with "Country Blossom Farm, LLC Giveaway winner name request" in the subject line.

15. Social Media Platform Rules

Any giveaway hosted by Act Out Productions is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or any other social media outlet.

16. Affirmation of Acceptance of and Agreement to All of the Official Rules

Wrap up your giveaway rules by explaining that by entering the contest, the entrant has affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the them. Also consider including a checkbox on your entry form that states something like, “By checking here, You, the Entrant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.”
